Certified Life Coach & Wellness Expert

 

For over a decade, my passion for health and wellness has been shaped by my personal journey of self-discovery and transformation. I found solace in nature and joy in movement, but I also struggled with insomnia for many years, which impacted my overall well-being. Through my sister, a registered dietitian, I deepened my understanding of nutrition, shifting from indulgent meals to nourishing foods that made me feel more energized and vibrant. My decision to give up alcohol became another key part of my wellness journey.

Like many, I followed a conventional path—graduating college, landing corporate roles—but over time, I realized those jobs left me unfulfilled and disconnected. Burnt out, unhappy, and physically unwell from stress, I knew something needed to change. Therapy played a crucial role in helping me realign with my true self, revealing that I didn’t have to stay stuck in an identity that no longer served me.

I learned that holistic wellness involves more than just exercise and diet; it’s about nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. I used CBT-I techniques to improve my sleep, and integrated yoga, meditation, and breathwork into my daily routine. Attending The Art of Living retreat further reinforced my belief in the power of gradual, positive lifestyle changes.

I empower you to make meaningful changes—whether it's managing stress, cultivating self-love, boosting confidence, or embracing healthy habits like daily exercise and nutritious meals.
